1 Our Service

Soapranos provides premium laundry collection and delivery services, including Wash, Dry & Fold, Ironing (when requested), and Dry Cleaning through approved partners.

Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours from collection unless an Express Service has been agreed.

2 Customer Responsibilities

Before collection, customers agree to:

• Empty all pockets of money, jewellery, watches, passports, electronics and other valuables.
• Declare all garments requiring special care.
• Ensure laundry does not contain any prohibited items.

3 Prohibited Items

For the safety of our staff and partners, we will not process items contaminated with:

• Human or animal waste
• Blood
• Vomit
• Hazardous chemicals
• Oils or flammable substances
• Needles or sharp objects

We reserve the right to refuse any collection that presents a health or safety risk.

4 Washing Process

Unless specifically requested otherwise, all garments will be processed using our standard Wash, Dry & Fold service.

Customers are responsible for informing Soapranos of any garments requiring special treatment before collection.

5 Ironing

Ironing is not included with our standard Wash, Dry & Fold service.

Ironing must be requested when the booking is made and is charged separately. Only garments specifically requested for ironing will be pressed.

6 Dry Cleaning

Dry Cleaning is available upon request. Customers must identify all garments requiring Dry Cleaning before collection.

Soapranos accepts no responsibility for garments that should have been Dry Cleaned but were submitted without instruction.

7 Stains

While every reasonable effort is made to remove stains, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Certain stains become permanent depending on their age, fabric and chemical composition.

8 Colour Bleeding, Shrinkage & Garment Condition

Soapranos is not responsible for:

• Colour bleeding
• Shrinkage
• Fading
• Loose buttons
• Weak seams
• Existing damage
• Manufacturer defects
• Age-related deterioration

9 Collection Bags

Soapranos supplies a collection bag upon your first collection.

Collection bags are intended for single-use collection and do not need to be returned. Additional bags are available upon request.

10 Pricing

Pricing is per bag, not by weight. Bags are not weighed on collection.

Stated bag capacities (The Capo approx. 4kg, The Don approx. 8kg) are a size guide only and do not affect the price you pay.

The Don is designed to be filled to its marked line. Use The Capo for any overflow. If a bag is significantly overfilled beyond its intended capacity, an additional bag fee may apply.

11 Turnaround Times

Standard Service: 48 hours.

Express Service: 24 hours (subject to availability and additional charges).

While every effort is made to meet these turnaround times, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays.

12 Payment

Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed.

Soapranos reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment has been received.

13 Missing Items

Soapranos processes garments as received. Customers are responsible for ensuring all intended garments are placed in the collection bag before collection.

Any concerns regarding missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

14 Liability

We exercise the highest level of care when handling your garments.

In the unlikely event that we accept responsibility for loss or damage, liability is limited to the fair market value of the garment, taking into account its age, condition and depreciation.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or sentimental loss.

15 Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of providing Soapranos services.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the requested service or where required by law.

16 Acceptance

By replying "I AGREE" via WhatsApp, submitting a booking or making use of Soapranos services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
